Off To the Races - A New Work in Progress

A new work in progress!

My inspiration? A Britains diecast toy horse & jockey.

It is the smallest of nods toward this May and another trip I will be making to Barry Potter's Famous Sandown Toy Fair, where I will be showcasing a few new things!

As for this specific Horse & Jockey duo, can anyone guess the history?
