The portrait was amazing. It's such a true likeness to Aiva mid-meow! It's really playful, much like my kitty's character. I’d never commissioned an artwork before. This was a completely new experience. Susie is very warm and personable and offered so many flexible options, such as changing the background and choosing how to mount the artwork and I really appreciated the option of having the portrait posted out to me. I think what was especially lovely was seeing how the artwork progressed in a video snippet.

The process of sending the images to Susie was really simple and I was totally over awed with the final product. The likeness was truly remarkable!
